Patty are in trouble in these new "Arrow" spring promos https://www.yahoo.com/tv/felicity-patty-trouble-flash-arrow-234600143.html
In the promo for "Arrow's" spring return, Felicity is rushed to the hospital and is in critical condition. While the visuals are scattered and blurry (to reflect Oliver's emotional state) you can clearly see Felicity flatline. The promo ends with Oliver and Barry standing over an unrevealed grave vowing to kill Damien Darhk.

OK. Anyone want to speculate on that ending?
To me it seems like someone dies either Felicity or someone else or maybe he is visiting someones grave from the past!! :)

‘Arrow’: How a Death Set Season 4 Up for Failure http://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/arrow-how-a-death-set-season-4-up-for-failure.html/?ref=YF
A major character death changes the landscape of any TV show. When you subtract someone whose presence drives the story forward, the dynamic shifts on a tectonic level. For superhero shows though, the rules are a little different. Comic books have long demonstrated that death is never the end for a major character, killing off and resurrecting heroes and villains at an astronomical rate. It’s a device used to demonstrate stakes without having to actually suffer the price of losing an important character, and at times it can stretch an audience’s patience to the limit. No show has been more guilty of this than CW’s Arrow. Throughout its four seasons, it’s made a habit of playing fast and loose with death. Virtually every major character has either actually bit the dust at some point, or at least appeared to. It’s a long list, that includes two apparent deaths for Sara Lance, and one for each of Thea Queen, Oliver, Malcolm Merlyn, Quentin Lance, Ray Palmer, and Roy Harper. Sometimes it’s a magic resurrection pit (Sara, Thea, and possibly Malcolm), other times it’s a bait and switch (Oliver, Lance, Ray, Roy). Arrow has used just about every trick in the book to undo death’s sweet embrace, and the act is beginning to wear thin.

‘Arrow’ Season 4 Spoilers: Who Is Vixen? 4 Things To Know About Star City’s New Superhero..Megalyn Echikunwoke to Play Vixen on Season 4 http://www.ibtimes.com/arrow-season...s-know-about-star-citys-new-superhero-2232641
TV Insider is reporting that Mari McCabe a.k.a. Vixen will appear in Arrow’s fourth season, to be played by the character’s voice actress, Megalyn Echikunwoke (Damien, The Following). Vixen’s first season included six episodes and followed the titular superhero who has the ability to mimic the powers of any animal thanks to a totem imbued with magical powers passed down through her family. Marc Guggenheim, executive producer of Arrow and Vixen, spoke about the hero’s transition from animated series to live-action:

Arrow Winter Promo: Felicity Survives — But With What Consequences? https://www.yahoo.com/tv/arrow-winter-promo-felicity-survives-203642155.html
Felicity might live to see another day on Arrow, but she’s hardly out of the woods.Oliver gets some troubling news about his fiancée’s condition in the newest teaser for the CW series’ return on Jan. 20.While the hero takes out his anger on Damien Darhk following the fall finale shootout that left Ms. Smoak with a bloody bullet wound, his other half is “out of surgery,” Thea informs her brother. “They didn’t say what was wrong.”

The Bold Direction Arrow Is Probably Taking Felicity In http://www.cinemablend.com/television/Bold-Direction-Arrow-Probably-Taking-Felicity-107407.html
The show continues to hint that Felicity Smoak will be the one who will die in the near future – particularly by including that shot of Oliver standing by the unknown grave. But there is no way that Felicity will be the individual that Oliver is mourning… at least not because of this situation. All it takes to know this is some math. The flash-forward we saw in the Arrow Season 4 premiere took place six months after the events taking place, and since the show moves at roughly the same pace as the episodes air in real life, that means that Oliver will be standing at that grave sometime in April, or at the earliest, late March. This means Felicity (or whoever the character ends up being) is not going to die right when the show returns. However, that doesn’t mean she’ll escape from this ordeal unscathed. Seriously, it would be unusual for her to walk away from something like that and not be damaged, be it physical or mental. Instead, we think that the show is turning her into the DC TV universe’s version of Oracle.

OLIVER SWEARS HIS REVENGE IN NEW "ARROW" MIDSEASON RETURN PROMO http://www.comicbookresources.com/a...s-revenge-in-new-arrow-midseason-return-promo
SPOILER WARNING: This article contains spoilers for the midseason finale of "Arrow."Oliver Queen has RUN out of patience with Damien Darhk -- and from what we can tell in a new "Arrow" promo, he's got pretty precise revenge plans (hint: he wants to kill him) for the apparent death of Felicity in the series' winter finale.

Arrow Season 4.5 Trailer: Oliver Queen is Out For Revenge http://screenrant.com/arrow-season-4-trailer-felicity/
The big hook for Arrow season 4 is the question of whose body was in the grave that Oliver Queen and Barry Allen were standing in front of in the season premiere. The show’s executive producers have promised that this death is not a fake-out, though when the episode aired they still weren’t entirely sure whose name would end up on the gravestone (the cast were similarly in the dark). Oliver is seen at the grave again in this trailer, and every clue seems to point to Felicity being the one who dies. Of COURSE, the fact that the show is pushing that idea likely means that it’s actually someone else.Based on this trailer, it seems as though revenge for the attack on Felicity will be the primary motivation for the Green Arrow’s vendetta against Darhk in the latter half of the season. It’s a very functional plot device, but killing or maiming a superhero’s love interest as a motivator for revenge has been done so many times in comic BOOKS that it’s become a much-criticized trope called ‘fridging’. Hopefully Arrow will manage to put an original SPIN on it, especially since Felicity is such a well-loved character.

Mid-Season Trailers for ‘Arrow’ Tease New Allies and Enemies http://collider.com/arrow-the-flash-trailer-mid-season/
In a somewhat more low-key approach to the mid-season return, Arrow doubled-down on the mysterious grave that was teased at the end of the season-four premiere. While it looks like Anarky is certain to return, Oliver & Company’s bigger threat continues to be Damien Darhk, especially after the events at the end of the season-four mid-season finale. The fact that they’re out for revenge is a foregone conclusion, but when Thea mentions that Felicity is out of surgery (with a complication), we can assume two things: First, Felicity’s probably not the one in the grave, and second, Felicity’s probably going to be paralyzed. And here’s a look at Arrow’s mid-season trailer: Arrow | Revenge Trailer | The CW..

Arrow Mystery: What Is Felicity's Sad, Post-Gunshot Prognosis? http://tvline.com/2015/12/28/arrow-felicity-shot-paralyzed-pregnant-season-4-theories/
Arrow‘s new winter promo WARNS of a potentially difficult consequence of Felicity’s gunshot wound via the assault by Damien Darhk’s ghosts — one which leaves Donna and Oliver’s faces the picture of concern. After Felicity makes it out of surgery, Thea INFORMS her brother that “they didn’t say what was wrong” with his fiancée.TVLine readers quickly got to speculating about what unfortunate challenge may await Ms. Smoak when the CW series returns on Jan. 20.

'Arrow' Winter Return: What's Wrong with Felicity? http://www.buddytv.com/articles/arrow/arrow-winter-return-whats-wron-58373.aspx
As fans of Arrow know, Oliver Queen did not have a good Christmas in 2015. He may have (finally) got engaged to the love of his life, Felicity Smoak. Mere moments after she said, "Yes" the two were attacked by Damien Darhk. The last we saw of Oliver and Felicity, he was cradling her seemingly lifeless body in his arms. It left us all to wonder what was going to happen to Felicity. Arrow hasn't answered that question yet, but a new trailer for the winter premiere "Blood Debts" does drop some tantalizing details. The majority of the Arrow season 4 winter return trailer, embedded below, shows Oliver going on a rampage following the events of "Dark Waters." As you would expect Oliver (and the rest of Team Green Arrow) are not taking too kindly to Damien Darhk attacking one of their own. Oliver is desperate to find Darhk and make him pay. There is also our first real glimpse of Damien's yet unnamed wife and the reappearance of the villain Anarky.

Will Arrow's Stephen Amell Appear On Supernatural? Here's Why We're Hopeful http://www.cinemablend.com/televisi...pernatural-Here-Why-We-re-Hopeful-108347.html
First, it was announced yesterday that an upcoming Season 11 episode of Supernatural will work professional wrestling into the plot, which is both zany and understandable, given how off the beaten path Supernatural can get for random episodes. The one in question will revolve around a wrestling tour that gets hammered by some spooky incidents, and it’s presumed that Dean and Sam will be around to put a stop to it all. As many of you probably know, Stephen Amell happens to be pretty experienced when it comes to professional wrestling, as he has had an ongoing feud with WWE superstar Stardust that culminated in a tag team match at this year’s SummerSlam. A match that Amell won, by the way, and he later received a Slammy Award for his efforts. And he’s also skilled in other fighting styles, so who better to add to this particular guest cast than Amell?

DAVID RAMSEY TEASES ANOTHER "ARROW"/"FLASH" CROSSOVER IN NEW PHOTO http://www.comicbookresources.com/a...ses-another-arrowflash-crossover-in-new-photo
David Ramsey, who plays John Diggle on "Arrow," posted a photo of his recent trip to "The Flash" writers' room, which he said "can only mean one thing."While his comment seems to suggest another "Arrow"/"Flash" crossover, it isn't clear what the scale of this second event would be; the last crossover involved every member of both teams, plus a few characters from "Legends of Tomorrow." What Ramsey may be suggesting is simply a few characters appearing on "The Flash" or vice versa. However, a trip to Central City looks like it will be in Digg's future.

Another Arrow Crossover Is Coming To The Flash http://www.cinemablend.com/television/Another-Arrow-Crossover-Coming-Flash-109397.html
It wasn’t that long ago that we last saw the citizens of Star City and Central City sharing space with one another for the heavily promoted crossover event between Arrow and The Flash. But it looks like there may be more connective tissues between the series on the way, as actor David Ramsey revealed the Scarlet Speedster may soon HOST John Diggle for an evening.

"ARROW'S" JOHN DIGGLE TO JOIN FIGHT AGAINST KING SHARK ON "THE FLASH" http://www.comicbookresources.com/a...to-join-fight-against-king-shark-on-the-flash
In fifteenth episode of "The Flash" season two, "Arrow's" John Diggle (David Ramsey) and wife Lyla Michaels (Audrey Marie Anderson) will join Team Flash in pursuit of King Shark, who has escaped A.R.G.U.S."The Diggles arrive in Central City to help Barry take on King Shark, who has escaped from ARGUS and is hellbent on completing his mission of destroying The Flash," executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told ComicBook.com.

How John Barrowman Plans To Tell Malcolm Merlyn's Backstory http://www.cinemablend.com/televisi...ans-Tell-Malcolm-Merlyn-Backstory-109877.html
Oliver Queen has battled a lot of bad guys on Arrow, but his greatest recurring nemesis is Malcolm Merlyn, a.k.a. The Dark Archer. Although Merlyn has been more of an ally during Seasons 3 and 4, the man still has sinister plans afoot, especially now that he’s the new Ra’s al Ghul. Aside from the occasional bit of dialogue and the flashbacks in Season 3’s “Uprising,” there isn’t much we know about Merlyn’s life when he’s not around Team Arrow, but that’s going to change next week, as Merlyn’s actor John Barrowman is now working on a new digital comic book, titled Arrow: The Dark Archer.Co-written with his sister Carole and illustrated by Daniel Sampere, Barrowman’s series will not only follow Malcolm’s exploits between Seasons 3 and 4, but will also include flashbacks to his younger years, before he was shooting arrows. Starting on January 13, 12 chapters will be released biweekly online, and the entire story will eventually be collected in print form. Here’s what Barrowman had to say about the book’s plot to TV Insider:

Stephen Amell Reveals His Arrow Contract Runs Through 2019, Debunks Rumors He's Leaving Series https://www.yahoo.com/movies/stephen-amell-reveals-arrow-contract-052240065.html
On Thursday, Stephen Amell (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows) took part in a question-and-answer session with his fans and addressed "rumors" that he's leaving his superhero television series."Facebook... I keep reading that I'm leaving Arrow. I'm not," Amell assured. "I have a contract that runs through 2019. At least. Now... That doesn't mean Arrow will run that long, but if it does... I'll be here."Amell leaving Arrow was never really a rumor. In the past five days two websites, Inquisitr and Movie Pilot, ran articles with these headlines: "Arrow Star Stephen Amell Leaving After Season 5 To Join Supernatural?" and "Will Stephen Amell leave Arrow after season 5?" respectively. Both articles were merely speculation pieces, nothing more. But because so many people react to headlines nowadays without actually reading the articles, it became a rumor.

Felicity's Real Fate Just Leaked From The Set Of Arrow http://www.cinemablend.com/television/Felicity-Real-Fate-Just-Leaked-From-Set-Arrow-110127.html
Warning: spoilers for Arrow are ahead! If you don’t want to learn what’s happened to Felicity, click on another one of our fine articles. At the end of Arrow Season 4’s midseason finale “Dark Waters,” Oliver and Felicity were attacked by Damien Darhk’s soldiers after a campaign party. Although Oliver managed to drive away from the assailants, Felicity was shot, leaving her fate in question as the show went on its hiatus. Since then, promos have heavily implied that a horrible fate might be in store for her when Arrow returns, and it looks like she’s barely alive. Well, Felicity fans need not worry, as Team Arrow’s resident computer whiz won’t be biting the dust from this incident, though she’ll be dealing with a new problem because of it.

Supergirl/Arrow Crossover: 'A Lot Would Have to Go Right for That to Happen https://www.yahoo.com/tv/supergirl-arrow-crossover-lot-happen-202944075.html
What is the latest outlook for Supergirl to take flight to The CW for a crossover with Arrow or The Flash?“Unfortunately, you’re going to get the same answer that I always give, which is that, as a fan, I would love it,” Greg Berlanti, the prolific producer behind both the CBS and The CW’s superhero series, said Sunday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour in Pasadena.“I personally never rule anything out,” he continued. “I would be excited by it. But a lot of things would have to go right, people would have to say yes, for that to happen.” What’s more, to stand any chance of happening this TV season, “It would have to be figured out in the next month or so.”In addition to “financial hurdles” and the corporate challenge of “getting everybody to sign off,” any potential crossover would also need to address one super-sized creative issue.

Arrow EP Shoots Down Theory About Felicity's Fate: 'It's Off the Table' https://www yahoo.com/tv/arrow-ep-shoots-down-theory-184414294.html
In the wake of a recent Stateside promo that teased a dire diagnosis for Oliver’s fiancée (played by Emily Bett Rickards), some speculated that she would wind up at least temporally paralyzed and eventually become Oracle, the wheelchair-using, tech-savvy alter ego typically assigned to DC Comics’ Barbara Gordon. (Remember, Season 3’s Felicity-centric backstory episode was originally titled “Oracle,” then later changed.)But despite what fate befalls Felicity, executive producer Wendy Mericle says that assuming the Oracle identity is off the table.“That’s something we definitely talked about [doing] with Felicity in the beginning…. But yeah, it will not be Oracle, sadly,” Mericle told TVLine. “People have to tune in to see what happens.”

ARROW IS ABOUT TO DO SOMETHING IT'S NEVER DONE WITH A VILLAIN A big surprise is coming up on Arrow http://www.ign.com/articles/2016/01...ampaign=Feed:+ign/articles+(IGN+All+Articles)
For Arrow, that means the series is going to double down on Oliver Queen's (Stephen Amell) quest to take down Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough). Showrunner Marc Guggenheim said fans can expect to be surprised by a twist coming up with the season's Big Bad."The back half of the season, we're pretty much following the same structure that we have in seasons past where obviously the Big Bad gears up. That said, we're going to throw a hard six in episode 15 that I think will surprise people," he told IGN while promoting Legends of Tomorrow at the Television Critics Association winter press tour. "We're going to do something that's never been done before on Arrow with the Big Bad. 15 is a real game-changer episode for us."He wouldn't elaborate much, but he did clarify that this big twist "doesn't involve a character death. It's a move that we've never made with one of our Big Bads."

The first official images have been released from the midseason premiere of Arrow, and after the shocking finale, the series can’t return soon enough! But before that, have a look at the photos above.

Arrow Season 4: Executive Producer Teases Big Twist For Damien Darhk http://screenrant.com/arrow-season-4-damien-darhk-twist/
In the Arrow midseason finale, Team Arrow faced a full onslaught from Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough). The ruthless villain first used drones to attack innocent civilians and disrupt prospective Mayor Queen’s (Stephen Amell) efforts to clean up the Star City Bay. Then he stormed Oliver’s campaign holiday party and took hostages. His seemingly final blow came when he tried to kill Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards), Diggle (David Ramsey), and Thea (Willa Holland) in a gas chamber — testing out a deadly poison he hoped to use to “reset humanity.”Darhk eventually lost that battle, but the war is ongoing. Newly engaged Felicity and Oliver were ambushed by Darhk’s Ghosts on their romantic limo ride home, and the December finale ended with Felicity’s life in real jeopardy. When the rest of season 4 kicks off on January 20, we’ll be seeing a lot more of what this evil mastermind has planned for the city. There is still a lot to uncover about Darhk, a mercurial man with mystical powers that even Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) and his extensive League of Assassins sources can’t completely figure out. According to IGN, Arrow showrunner Marc Guggenheim has also promised fans a surprising twist coming up with Oliver’s newest archenemy.
