Hello

We are having a problem here trying to get 2 RX working on one 5 lnb dish. We had a 3 phase before and it worked fine.

We changed out the dish adjusted the dish signal is fine about 99.

The problem is that one rx hooked up daul lines for the dish and both work fine.
The other rx you only get one line to work, I have checked all cables at the dis and you get 2 with powr and 2 with no power that should be correct.

I was told that the LNB has a switch in so we should not need a external one correct?

I ran out of ideas on this one.

Help please.

Is that a HR10-250 that you are saying only works on 1 port? Have you tried it where the Hughes is?

Connect the HR10-250 to the same two lines that work for the Hughes and see if they still work or if the problem is in the HR10-250.:)

I think it has something to do with a 22 khz tone that the HD needs where the other one don't,
I have tested all lines and all checks out fine.
The system worked fine tell we up graded to the new at-9 dish wit the 5 lnbs on it.

The hd 10 will be diconnected this coming week end and we are getting a new hd dvr plus and I think that one s all set for to be used with that at-9 dish.
So we have what and see I guess.
