Attempts to add locals via dishnetwork.com give error

If I login to my account at dishnetwork.com, pick Add programming from the menu on the left, and then click to add Local channels, I always get the error message in the attached jpg image. Do other people have this problem?

Yes i have had that problem , I have found that when it comes to adding programing it is best to call and try and talk to a human if you can find one that speaks english.
 
They quit allowing you to add locals online due to the "movers "who will often keep their real locals and add the new city that they "moved" to. This was considered wrong because you get two sets of locals instead of one that you pay for. I am sure once they get a software update on their online site that keeps you from these kind of mistakes , that they will allow you once again to add them online. Until then call DISH and add them.
 
i guess this is where i admit that my only real interest in this feature of the website was to take advantage of said flaw. i guess i missed the window of opportunity.
