I love Mini's. Especially the old ones. Keep it for twenty years. I'll buy it from you then.
Hope that you enjoy it for many years.

That's funny Tim:
I am now 58 and still planning on driving the Mini until I cannot see any more and they take my license away!!!!
I had a 1981 Porsche that I sold a few years ago (53,000 mi)...The Cooper is more fun believe it or not! The new (BMW model handles so well and is NOT FORGIVING!!! Gearbox is like silk!
I went to Sacramento (250 mi round trip....6.5 gals of gas!) since we have no dealer here, and had the inspection/services done...they had a showroom condition 1972 Austin Cooper on display with right hand drive!!! Woa!
They Also had about 8 Cabriolets on the Lot....Glad I left my Title home!!!!
Rented the original 1969 Italian Job (with the original Coopers!) to watch tonight too! What a car chase!!!! <I cheated and went to scene selections on my computer to check that part out!>
Next year's Mini will have a new engine with dual overhead cam and aluminum block w/ 165 hp! That is just 10hp under the Supercharged model currently being produced.
They are also switching from supercharged to Turbo...
AS MY DEALER SERVICE MANAGER SAID..."KEEP IT...IT IS ALREADY COLLECTIBLE!!!!" Bought it used (a 2003 with 23,000 mi confirmed by Carfax and Mini America basically) under book (THE DEALER WAS IN SHOCK) and it runs and looks new!.
Guess you will have to buy it from my estate!!!!
Thanks for the email!!!
Regards,
jeff
