For the past couple weeks, we've been having issues with intermittent pixelation and audio dropouts on WPVI (ABC affiliate) during the 6pm hour, most noticeably during world news tonight between 6:30pm and 7pm. Last night, it was happening about every 5 minutes during the broadcast.
Odd thing is, though, that it hasn't happened in prime time and we haven't noticed any issues on the channel after they go back to local programming from 7pm - 8pm.
Any ideas on what this could be?
