I agree, Matt is awesome. Asked for PM, replied next day, agreed on package price and made notes in my account. Called Dish, initially the run around started with "let me ask supervisor" in rather poor English, followed by an extra charge attempt which I said no to, so I was passed to an account rep. The account rep was apparently familiar with who satelliteguys were, and Matt of the Dish Internet Swat team, so everything was YES after that. The nice lady even took off another $20 month for a year for some reason, probably fear of Matt... Install tomorrow.
