That is the South American OTA Standard, so unless you are in South America, no need.

Japanese standard that Brazil is making/has made a modified version to suit their needs. Neighboring SA countries have voiced interest in making use of the modified version of ISDB instead of adopting DVB-T.

Zaxxon in NA you'll be looking for the ATSC addon card.
I thought I saw one in the eBay lisitings a month or two back.
