I did a reset earlier, and we've been watching recorded programs all evening with no issues. That would be the next step.

It could be indicitive of a hard drive starting to fail, or those were new recordings, bad signal at the tome they were recorded.

If you Hit home 2 or 3 times depending on your box to get to the diagnostics screen, press 5 - Check Status and see if everything passes

Ran the Check Status, and everything passed. Everything has been working great tonight, so until it happens again, I'll just hope it was a momentary glitch, or something my kids, grandkids, or sister did.
