Bad Direct Tech Experience

A couple of years ago I had a very bad experience with Direct Tech when they were installing my system. Someone on this forum very nicely privately emailed me the email address of the Northeast regional manager. That's what it took and things worked out fine after I emailed and spoke with him. AGAIN, I am having a terrible experience. Does anyone happen to have this email address, I have no idea where I put it or even if its the same person. But I REALLY need to talk to someone who knows something at that company. Their customer service is just about the worst I have ever experienced. And its no better now than it was two and half years ago. Thanks for your help!!
 
Oh I am..........I have been on the phone with D* 4 times in the last two days......sometimes I think D* is almost as bad. Their phone system has hung up on me on every call except the last one. The last "cancellation specialist" told me that she would have a regional manager call me and that she would send the complaint to D* Headquarters. Don't know what good it will do. I'm so stuck though, cause I can't even threaten to leave. In our area they are the only game in town. Cable doesn't go all the way to my house and I can't see Dish's satellites.

I am in NJ and if that is part of the Directech area I have the complete contact inofrmation for the North East Regional Service Manager (NY-1) You can PM me and I can provide it to you. I talked to him personally about my problem when I did an upgrade in March and he made things right.
