Got a coworker that can't aquire signal on either of his receivers(622 & 322 with 1000.2). Everything is tight on the dish.

I haven't been over there myself, but my first guess is that the lnb is dead. Does this sound likely?

BTW, he called E* and was told they could send someone out on July 30th. What a joke.

With both receivers out the odds are strong the problem is at the dish. Either missaligned or LNB failure. Setup the service call and demand credit for loss of service.

I really don't think the dish moved. Hardly a breeze at all from when it worked to when it didn't. 1 bad wire or end and I would think at least one of the receivers would work.
