A user's private antenna, tuner and personal DVR are all connected to the cloud, and can be accessed them? from any Internet connected device

So if my antenna is "connected to the cloud" Can I put Cubavision into the Cloud? If my antenna is "accessible by subscribers, do I get the service free on my mobile device? I'f I' m a provider for subscribers, I should get compensation. And then again, the locals are going to demand payment for carriage, as they do to cable and the pizza providers. I can see why

it's saving much of that $4.5 million in startup cash for the legal battles it knows will be coming down the pike.

I have a feeling, $4.5M ain't enough for just the lawyers. I think there is already devices that do basically the same thing now, yeah, slingbox, roku and videolan (software). I dunno?
