BBC HD for commercial subs?

I just saw on the other site and confirmed on DISH's commercial sub web site, it seems that BBC HD is available to them? Is that possible? Here is the link:

added on Dish, April 9th, 2009 at around 8:00 PM Eastern Time.

...or maybe its like that classic D* blunder many years back where they were planning to launch ESPN-HD, Discovery-HD, and HDnet Movies...and leaked out the news by accident because when you did a 'view source' on their HD site there were all the the logos and links to those channels 'commented out'...

I'm sure its scrambled but is anyone able to confer if something is live on 9450?
