Because I have Directv AT&T gave me unlimited data

I have Uverse dsl internet service with AT&T and the other day they changed my plan from 1000GB to unlimited data because I have Directv satellite service, that was unsolicited and surprised me.
Did anyone here got the same? There was a e mail from AT&T that I deleted by mistake without reading, can you tell me what it said?

I know that people that subscribe to DirectvNow were getting unlimited data with their Internet service from AT&T but this is the first time I hear that unlimited Internet also applies to Directv subscribers.

Been that way for a while. I guess they figure if you have Directv your not streaming a lot of stuff.

Also the 1 gig fiber includes unlimited data.

If you are a veteran, they have even more goodies. In fact so many, I haven't figured them all out yet.

Wonder if they are going to target satellite customers with the new streaming service that's in testing.
