We're Bell customers in the US for 3 - 4 months of the year. We are in a condo where they have Time Warner cable service.

We miss the PVR capability - big time.

Is there a way to bring the PVR south and hook it to the Time Warner cable signal to get PVR functionality?

Thanks

No, the 9241 Bell receiver only accepts their own Satellite signal as a valid input.

No that is not correct, they took out the OTA tuner on the 9241, there is an OTA tuner on Bell's 6141 and 9242 models though. That is why I did not mention it for his 9141, no point with him not having it.

Yes like Derwin0 said, 91W covers most of the US so he will be able to get at least that satellite and if he is in the northern half of the US there is a good chance to get 82W as well.
