Bell HD in souther california

I used to get Bell expressvu high def sat bell 82 in S.Cal with a 20 inch dish. I can't find it this year. What size of dish do I need now if it is still possible to get it?

82W is supplied by a new satellite Nimiq 4, with a beam that is aimed more towards the full country of Canada and much less coverage for the US.
