best hd radio add on for under $150?

What is the best HD Radio add on kit or hd radio/am/fm/cd unit for under $150? I need on that is comaptible with a 2003 saturn stock radio if possible. The Jvc for $150 seems nice but I heard some bad things about if you leave it on too long it overheats and becomes unusable so this is unacceptable.

No problems with my JVC HD radio. This years model has added an aux input.

I can only find one model of jvc add on at best buy, wal mart and circuit city only carry the whole stereo not the add on.

Try the Directed Electronics DMHD1000. A little more than the JVC unit but by all accounts a better unit.
