BEV FoxHE Keeps dropping out...

Trying to watch the GB/Indy game, and FoxHE (638) keeps dropping out. Anyone else having a problem with this channel? All the HD channels are locking up, but this one for some reason keeps dropping out of lock. My signal strength is pretty low on this transponder (14) at 45, while the others on 82 are running around 53, 54. Before you go there, the dish is peaked, that's as good as it gets. Ran a switch check and everything is OK. Anyone have comparable differences in signal strength?

Yes it does occur on both feeds, it always happens when mash is on at 2:00am. I have only seen this occur at night only/early morning, screen goes black but is back on in morning. The fox feed is working on another satellite platform so I would say it is expressvu shutting feed down.
