Billing question

I have 2 Vip 622 receivers and am suppose to have the following programming;

DVR Advantage
AT 250 upgrade
HD Essentials Pack

This is what my bill shows;

Apr 03 - May 02 DishDVR Advantage, You Saved $5.98! 49.99
Addl Receiver Access Fee 7.00
DISH Network DVR Service Fee 5.98
2 Premium Package 20.00
Total 82.87

Is this correct? I thought that I would not have to pay the 5.98 DVR Service Fee since I had DVR Advantage. If their charging it to me because of the second DVR then why am I also charged the 7.00 Addl Receiver Access Fee?

All help would be appreciated.

the dish dvr advantage only covers 1 dvr fee!!

Those charges are for the second 622. The $7.00 is for an additional receiver and the $5.98 is for the DVR fee. The $20.00 is: $10.00 from going to DVR Adv. 200 to DVR Adv. 250 and $10.00 for the HD Essential Pack.

Thanks RandallA for your explanation, still sounds high though. Just to have one extra DVR it cost 12.98 per month. Now I see how Dish makes their extra money.
