The answer is quite simple. The Center Ice and NBA League tickets are required to be carried at both 129 and 61.5. The reason is that 129 does not cover the entire CONUS. Since this is the case Dish can only carry about 4-6 games at one time between NBA and Center Ice season tickets.
Its highly likely Dish didn't have enough bandwidth to carry every HD feed from the RSN's that they carry for the Out of Market Season Ticket packages.
Wrong, the reason why is that the RSN HD feeds are at EITHER 129 or 61.5. This means the Out of market HD feeds HAVE to be carried at both 61.5 and 129. Since this is the case Dish can NOT carry every HD RSN feed they have the rights for, in the Out of Market Season tickets in all cases.
