does anyone know what the lowest package can one have to get the blockbuster@home?

I think that all top programming packs are eligible, but the Welcome pack and Smart pack are not ,which is stupid to me since it is ala cart anyway. The best way to find out is to call DISH and or go to their website to look it up.

Blockbuster@home is not available on the Welcome Pack. It is available on the Smart Pack, DISH America Packages, Top Programming packages, DISH Latino Basico and above packages and the international basic package..

I got it for that just last night. Did some switching around with packages and premiums. Asked, and received!
