My local blockbuster has a new sign in front of it. For Sale or Lease? Blockbuster was the owner of the land and building. Store employees and local media is saying the store will remain open. If dish plans to keep the store in Boone, Why would they sale the land and building?

Here is a link to the local story i am talking about.

Did dish get the proprieties of blockbuster?

Thoughts?

Just over a ridge top or two from there. What's funny, when typing nearest BB location to me in Avery County,it lists the Blowing Rock store.Doesn't even mention the Boone store. My best guess is,the Boone store will be closed very soon.

Sounds like the property was already sold to a third party.
