BMW to Offer HD Radio in all 2007 Models

The option will cost $500. Seems kind of high to me. If you're an HD Radio supporter, you'd probably like to see it either be standard or part of a larger optional package. I can't imagine many people selecting HD Radio as a stand-alone option. But, hey, it's a nice gesture.

The thing to remember is that's "suggested retail" I'm sure if there's a late model they might discount it off. Back in the day I've seen retails take that term to all sorts of highs and lows....I knew one place that said "Sale $180...MSRP (manufacturers suggested retail price) $300" well I contact the maker and they said it's MSRP of $180!

The other thing to remember is that it's a bmw...I don't think the buyers will generally think that much of another $500..

A lot of BMW owners who buy 3-series are not rich. They just drive a BMW to act rich.

I have a BMW and i bought a HD Dice kit from Dice Electronics and it works great. And its cheaper than buying the factory HD Radio. The Dice kit fits right into you factory radio it works great.
