OK, this is crazy! Vasya Lukyanenko rides the satellite dishes at the Ukrainian National Space Centre. Love the rust falling off the frame. They guy has no fear! Good theing they were not transmitting! Probably would cook a hotdog. LOL!!! :eeek

 
Must be the old Soviet dish for uplinking polor Monlia or whatever name is used for TV broadcast for people living in north of artic circle.

Must be back in the mid to late 80's.:)

Well whatever it is or was used for, I want it. With dishes like that we could be 1oo feet underwater and still get a 1000% SQ/PQ on every satellite in orbit plus those orbiting Wolf 336 !
