It was scrambled for me when I found it about 4-5 days ago. I'll check again to see if it's gone FTA to stayed scrambled. Maybe it was scrambled so stations wouldn't jump the gun on putting it on the air early when they were still testing out their automation program and feed to the uplinker.

It is itc on AMC 18. Scans in as $ like cars, and pets.

The "$" doesn't necessarily mean much. You can still check the channel to see if it's unscrambled as there are a few channels that scan in with the "$" indicator for whatever reason but aren't actually scrambled when you try to view them right away after scanning.
