I called today to up grade my box I have a reg box upstairs so I wanted to get a hd dvr & a box that was radio controlled so the box could be put in a cabinet out of sight. First the guy said I would have to order one over the net that they weren't sure I would get one, then he said wait they all were radio controlled now he put the order in transfered me to a guy to complete the order, & this guy said no I needed to order a special remote & he didn't know how much the rc remote was after being transfer twice & talking to different rep who still didn't know for sure. I canceled my order.
So with that all being said what do I need these folks at direct tv don't seem to have the answers.
