How long does it take to receive the boxes to return your old receivers after upgrading? And what do I need to put in them when returning the receiver?

Usually a week (5 business days) on the east coast. Just throw the receiver in (styrofoam inside box already) and I included the remote as well, since I had no use for it. Put the label on the box and drop it off at UPS Store and track it back to TX.
I upgraded via a local dealer, It took two weeks for the return boxes to show up, but had bad weather right before they came, UPS gets delayed here during really bad storms, so take that into consideration.I had the sent back the next day.
In the past week I have received three box's from Dish so that I can return one 811. My 622 arrived yesterday for an install next Tuesday. Only one in the box!
