Buffering does not progress

'I've not run into this before.

I start a download of a new movie and get as far as the opening credits. At this point, I get the onscreen message saying that the Dish On Demand request is buffering.

However, there is no green progression indicated on the status bar. The buffering message can sit on the screen for 20 minutes or more, but no buffering seems to occur.

I have Internet connectivity on all computers and iPhone's with no problems.

The buffering issue is occurring with 2 separate movies and they always stop in the same place whether "restart" or "start over" is chosen.

Is this system wide or only Hawaii?
 
Are you able to try streaming a TV show or movie from one of the networks available in the on demand section to see if that works? Also what is your download speed and how is your receiver connected to the Internet? (hard wire, wifi, HIC) What are the two movie titles that you had issues with and I can try testing them myself.
