Bundled account not eligible for Anniversary gift?

Noticing that we did not have the free Starz channels, I got on the cs chat and was told that because our account was bundled with AT&T, we were not able to get the promotion. Can anyone confirm this? or is it a case of csr roulette? Thanks!

You should be fine, so long as you have qualifying programming. Only AT&T Revenue Share bundled customer are not eligible.
