C-SPAN has been on 123W 11.852V 3515 for at least the last 3 days.

For me, the 3C transponder comes in at the same SL and SQ as PeaceTV.

However, 3C is more of a challenge because of its 5/6 FEC.

nope, I tried once again and nothing, the TP quality might be too low for me
