Cable customer moving to DISH, get now or after feb 1st?

Hi there. After lots of reading I've decided to go with DISH over Directv. I have never had satellite before but am sick of Time Warner Cable.

I hear the promos are changing Feb 1st for DISH. I have an HD TV.

Should I order now or wait until Feb 1st for the best promotions?

Now is the 18month contract, later is the 24 month plus a new receiver and higher package prices.
