Do any body knows how to make the connetion to second tv from
time warner dual dvr
and what would I need to make it work for two tvs

I think the exact make & model number of the TWC DVR would help.

Just make a split on the output of the box. The coax out put a two way spliiter, then feed one to TV1 the other to TV2... You realize of course you can only watch 1 program at a time with this of course.
