I am installing a second receiver in my basement. My dish has the connection for 2 receivers,so that OK. How long a cable can I use before I get some deterioration of the signal....Thanks ....Len

If you are buying new, then go for good quality RG6, it will certainly reach your receiver with no problems at all.
