Can anybody tell me if the would be good cable?

RG6 60% 18 AWG 75 Ohm UL Rated High Quality Coaxial Cable 1000' in Black Color. Features a 60% Aluminum braid and swept tested to 2.2GHz.
-Shielding: AL-P-Foil(Bonded) + 0.12mmx64 AL Wire + Pet-Foil. 60% Aluminum Braid.
-2.2 GHz Swept Tested.
-UV Inhibitor.
-Conductor: 18 AWG Copper Clad Steel.
-Insulation: 4.57 mm Foam PE (Gas Injected).

And would that also be considered Quad Shielded?
