caller id problems on reciever

just recently got caller id for the house. anyways my 508 and my 322 reciever the caller id doesant work. i have a 522 and it works fine. i check each telephone line by placing a caller id box at the end of the 508 and 322 too. i thought might it was the line but it works fine. and the caller id is enabled in the reciever . so i conculded it the recievers are not working with caller id. i even ran the telephone line checker on each reciever so it say working fine.(dial tone) so it problem in recievers or software any ideas? (for as i know software updates are up to par) any help is apreated thks

On the 508 don't worry it is soon to be replaced with a 512(modified 522) the 322 I think will still be used by DISH so you might want to call tech support for a replacement if CID is that important fot you. Personally I never liked it coming up on my picture, my phones had CID built in.
