Can a Wally be added to a Hopper 3 account?

So I have a relative who is upgrading their ancient Dish setup (1 SD dual 322 receiver and a dual 625 SD DVR) to a Hopper 3 and 3 Joeys. They have an outbuilding on the property that is a good distance away that they want to add a receiver there too (nothing there right now). Distance is a good 750+ feet away.

Can they add a purchased Wally to the account after the fact? I tried to search through the topics and really couldn't find a definitive answer. It sounds like it can be done but it can't be leased.
(yes we will get a Dish 1000.2 for the outbuilding)

Yes. Up to 2 purchased non-Hopper receivers can be added.

I've got an H3, three 4K Joeys, and a Wally (with PlayMaker antenna for RV use), all purchased, on my account. Nothing leased. I activate/deactivate the Joeys and Wally as needed.
