Can anyone identify this old TV antenna wall jack?

Looks like part of it is missing and has some knob on it at one point.

Ah yes, the venerable 300 Ohm brown plastic twin lead, remember it well. We used it all the time in TV antenna installations back in the 60's, and when running it down the side of houses/apartments the rule was to leave a few twists in it to prevent ghosts. Not sure if that really worked.

When on the roof we used to light the cut end with a match and let it burn a bit, then run a rag across the end to expose the leads.

Ah yes the golden oldies, was that the fifties or 60's when TV tubes were round and black & white only?
