Can hit 82 but not 91

Like the title says. I'm having issues hitting BEV 91. I can get 82 no problem. I assumer I have to move west more but does the elevation or skew have to changed as well?
Ive looked at both neighbours who have the same set-up and i have matched all numbers but cant seem to get anything...
Any thoughts would help me out.

Set the Skew first for you location based on the setting Bell provide, I think around 100 will be OK for Ontario, although Ontario is quite a large place.

If you are using a standard 20" (51cm) Dish, do the following for getting BOTH birds.

Using just 1 LNBF in either 82 or 91 slot on the Y Yolk, connect it directly to the Receiver, peak the signals, then add in the switch and run a Check Switch, you should be done.

91 is slightly further West and higher in the sky than 82, so from behind the Dish, swing to the Right and up to hit 91, from 82.
