Can i connect swm16 to lnb with built-in swm?

I have a new dish with the built in swm.... I have 7 hd dvrs in the house and a leftover swm16.

No, You will have to replace the SWM LNBF with a Non SWM LNBF and then run all of the cables from the LNBF to the SWM 16.
