Can I make a 118/119 Dual LNB on a 30" Dish work with a 301.013 for Brazil channels?

Please don't flame me. I haven't done this for a while. But can I make the above configuration work with a Dish 301.013?

With a "real" dish network receiver you need a separate LNBF for 118 and 119. The only one that does this on a single dish is the DISH PLUS integrated unit which has separate outputs for 118 and 119. These go into a switch.
