AMIKO Can I remotely measure signal strength with Mini HD SE?

Hi all the A3 has an Android app that allows me to measure signal level at the dish. Does the Mini HD have an equivalent app?

No it is not set up like the A3.

I have seen posts here where members have pointed a webcam or phone at their tv screen while the signal levels are displayed and watched the results remotely at the dish using a laptop/wifi.
