Hi all the A3 has an Android app that allows me to measure signal level at the dish. Does the Mini HD have an equivalent app?

I have seen posts here where members have pointed a webcam or phone at their tv screen while the signal levels are displayed and watched the results remotely at the dish using a laptop/wifi.
