can only get tp 21 on 101w

I have a *choice dish aimed at 97w and 101w. I am getting all channels on 97w and just one transponder tp 21 freq 12120 on 101w (signal strength 85 quality 65 this is good for me). Is it my skew or another adjustment I have to make??????

using a coolsat 7000 with 22khz switch for the dual lnb head
I have had both before with this set up

there are only a couple of transponders on 101W that are active
12060 H 26700 is another

I am also in the north and I was not satisfied with a *choice dish pointed at 101W so I upgraded to a one meter fixed dish. It helped a lot. However once in a while the signal still drops out.
