Can Puerto Rico subscribers get dish platinum?

I'm really interested in epix and their streaming service, can I add this package if I'm in Puerto Rico? the satellites I have are 110 and 119.

No dish platinum but I believe you can subscribe to EPIX seperately just in SD.

DISH Platinum is not available to non-CONUS subscribers. The Epix a la carte package doesn't say it has any restrictions, but only 1 of the 3 channels is available on 119 (the others are on 129 or 61.5).

I think Epix pkg is $7, my mom got the platinum pkg free for one year and she lives in PR, she used to get a few channels from 110 but the really good channels are on 61, so I added a dish a she receives all the channels now . Epix HD is great.
