Can you program the new Dish Voice Remote?

Today I am using the Dish Remote to control my AV receiver and also mapped windows Media Remote to control my HTPC. Will I be able to program the new Voice remote in a similar manner? I am in the queue for the Hopper 3 upgrade, but have not made up my mind on which remote to choose?

If past experience teaches me anything I would rather wait for all bugs to be ironed out before doing an upgrade, but I just recently upgraded to Hopper and locked on 2 year commitment so by moving to Hopper 3 my commitment won't be pushed too far further down.

And while asking about remotes for the H3, I use a Logitech HOne to run my entire system and lighting. Will the H3 still accommodate IR input control?

Yes you will.

And yes the Hopper 3 works with IR remotes as well.
