Canceling

I just activated my account a few weeks ago. Some unexpected financial problems came up and was wondering if it's possible to cancel my account without a penalty if I own the equipment and have only been a customer for a few weeks?

i believe it all depends if you signed a commitment or not? you should call dish and find this information out.

If you bought the equipment then there is likely not a contract, so you could cancel.

If your leasing the equipment your probably have a contract. Best to call 800-333-Dish to find out.
