Dish customer for 20+ years. I was paying $112. a month for 120+, hopper, locals and a wally. They just went up to $141.99 plus tax. I am trying Hulu LIve which includes Disney and ESPN for $99.99 + tax. Interface is clunky. I was on a two year loyalty contract with Dish. What should I expect going into renewal negotiations. I have copy of existing customer premier savings offer where I would pay $106.99 plus tax for the same package I have now. I also have 5 numbers for customer loyalty. What is the current number for someone in USA to call and what should I expect.

888-496-1260 is loyalty/retention. I really can't speak to what they will offer as I have a different package and equipment.
Also- at one point I got the feeling deals can vary month to month-that would be a good question for someone in the know(I mean someone who works for Dish not us).
For sure you should get a DVR fee of $10 not $15.

You can ask for a one year loyalty contract. They range in discounts 50 dollars off per month I believe 40-50 is the most common discount. You have to agree to a 1 year contract.

I just got off the phone with Dish. They offered me the premier renewal package which came to $114.78 with 120+, hopper, locals, and wally. They threw in a Hopper 3 upgrade with free install and free netflix for two years. I can't complain. My previous total was $112.41 for two years. The rep. was helpful and suggested the Premier package and I negotiated the Hopper upgrade and Netflix. It was a very easy process. Now to cancel Hulu.............Thanks for all the responses and Happy New Year.
