Can't Access Satelliteguys

As of August 16, 2025 in the afternoon, I can no longer access satelliteguys via my in-house wifi network. I can access any other website. I have attempted many actions but nothing resolves this issue.

The only way I can access your site is by using my smartphone and mobile data or by tethering my PC to my phone while it is using mobile data. Is it possible my WAN IP address has been blacklisted for some reason?

While logged in, I changed my password yesterday thinking perhaps somebody is using my account. And now that I logged out, I can no longer log back in even using mobile data due to the 2-step authorization. I have no "backup code" and no passkey.

Added: I can now log in.

Why am I having this difficulty?

If that's the case cyberham may have to wait a bit. Scott's Mom passed away yesterday.
 
The satelliteguys app and browser on my phone now work via wifi. Tapatalk doesn't work. This is a big improvement!

I can't log in from my PC since I don't have a passkey or security key. I tried scanning the provided QR code with my phone but that didn't help.

Added: My phone now provided the required passkey. I think I'm good!
