cant click previous channels?

hi on my hr24 when i hit the yellow button tv options previous channels, i click the channels and it doesnt load it only puts a dot mark on the side of the channel, before it would change channel when i would click it, how can i fix it?

Are you hitting the "Select" button to change ?
