Can't figure out how to connect Vizio to second output on vip722k

I replaced an old crt tv with a Vizio E280-A1 and the only way I get get a picture on the second output is to run the coax to a VCR first and then use composite cables to the tv. The only choices on the setup menu are component or HDMI. The old crt was set to channel 60 and so is the VCR
Good thing I kept the old VCR. Anyone have any ideas?

At TV1 where the receiver is go to Menu - 6 - 1 - 5 and change the TV2 out option to Cable 73. After this, set the TV (bypass the VCR) to channel 73

Enter the TV menu and search for channels. If you want to continue using 60 and if it worked well in the past search "antenna" or if you would like to try for channel 73 as suggested by Matt search "cable".

Antenna mode and manually adding channel 60 did the trick thanks for the help.
