I can get a solid signal from 72.7 & 61.5 but my 1000.4 Dish will only get it through port 1 (as confirmed after running a check switch) I have tried covering the port 1 (77) and port 3 (61.5) lnbs with tin foil to help locate 72.7 on port 2 lnb but no luck. The check switch indicates good connection of port 2 and port 3 lnbs but the port 1 lnb is the only one that will lock on to any of the satellites. Need suggestions. Thank you

How are you determining that you only have a signal on port 1 of the LNBF head?

Assuming you are seeing 72, X, X then I would believe the LNBF head is broke.

If I'm not mistaken the switch matrix should read 77, 72, 61.5. If you're getting 72 in the first box then your alignment is probably off.

If the left box is 72 then the next box should be 61 and the third X.
